One Grand Prize-winning store will host Bad Kitty author Nick Bruel and the Bad Kitty Costume, receive a $500 gift card for party supplies, loads of candy, and trick-or-treat bags for customers!
Two runners-up will each receive five signed copies of the upcoming picture book Bad Kitty, Scaredy-Cat.
